Answer: RBI accepts orders in whatever method is most convenient for you: postal mail, via our website (item availability may be limited due to backorder status), email, phone, or fax.

Question: What payment options do I have?

Answer: We accept all major credit cards. Purchase Orders can only be used with an approved school account. To set up account and get prior approval see below.

 

Question: May I use my school’s purchase order via the Internet?

Answer: School purchase orders must be pre-approved through our school sales department. Email schoolsales@rbimusic.com or call 800-424-4724 x109.

 

Question: How are shipping costs determined?

Answer: RBI ships all web orders via FedEx Ground or United States Postal Service. Some very large orders may require alternative shipping methods.

Shipping Charges

Order subtotal up to $75.00 .... $10.00 flat rate

$75.01 - $250.00 ............ 12% of order subtotal

$250.01 - $500.00 .......... 10% of order subtotal

$500.01 and up ................. 8% of order subtotal

Next day or second day shipping may be available. Call for price.

Currently, web orders only ship to the Continental U.S.  Rhythm Band Instruments can ship around the world should you need it. Please contact us directly for shipping quotes.

 

Question: What are your hours of operation?

Answer: Our office is open from 8 AM - 5 PM (Central Time), Monday - Friday. Orders may be emailed, faxed, or placed on the Internet 24 hours a day.

 

Question: What if I want or need to return a product?

Answer: We want you to be happy with every item you purchase from our company. If for any reason you are not pleased, we will accept returns for full credit or refund within 30 days of receipt. Question: How long will it take to get my order?

Answer: Most orders are fulfilled within 24 - 48 hours. Delivery should be expected in 7 - 10 business days in most cases. Expedited shipping may be available upon request. Contact sales@rbimusic.com or 800-424-4724.

 

Question: Do you offer discounts to schools?

Answer: The current prices on our website are our everyday, low school prices. Additional discounts may be available on large orders or district-wide purchases. Contact schoolsales@rbimusic.com for a quote.

 

Question: How can I purchase replacement hand bells or Boomwhackers for my sets?

Answer: RBI does not normally sell individual bells or Boomwhackers but we can offer replacements if damaged in shipment or defective. Contact sales@rbimusic.com.
