Question:	What payment options do I have?
Answer:	Payment can be made by check in advance or by credit card. Discover, MasterCard, and VISA are honored.

Question:	May I use my school’s purchase order via the Internet?
Answer:	School purchase orders must be faxed to our office (800-784-9401) on school letter-head with an authorized signature of a purchase approval official.

Question:	How are shipping costs determined?
Answer:	Shipping Charges up to $65.00..........$6.95 $65.01-$100.00......$8.95 $100.01-$150.00...10% $150.01-$300.00...9% $300.01-$400.00...8% $400.01-or more....7% Next day or second day shipping is available at a higher price. Oversized products are identified throughout the web site and catalog and will have an additional shipping charge of $5.00 to 10.00 per oversized item. Shipments outside the 48 contiguous United States and APO/FPO's Will be charged the higher of 20% shipping or published carrier rates. Hawaii & Alaska Shipments We can ship Fed Ex Ground to Hawaii and Alaska Large air shipment freight charges are calculated by dimensional weight. This includes oversized items marked in the catalog. All freight charges are subject to change due to the changing cost of carrier rates, including fuel surcharges.

Answer:	Our office is open from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday Through Friday. Orders can be faxed, emailed, or placed on the Internet 24 hours a day.

Question:	What if I want or need to return a product?
Answer:	We want you to be happy with every item you purchase from our company. If for any reason you are not pleased, we will accept returns for full credit or refund within 30 days of receipt.

Question:	How long will it take to get my order?
Answer:	Most orders are filled in 24 to 48 hours. Delivery should be expected in 7 to 10 business days.
